Work for a union but not union members yourselves? That is wrong!
You ain't kiddin' kid. Don't get me wrong, I love working at the Guild but I've always been taunted by the prominent and shameful 'Non-Union' that stares up at me through the window of every paycheck envelope. I too think it is logical that we want and strive to have an inclusive organization of fellow coworkers to represent each other's collective and individual interests in the workplace. It also just feels right to say and really mean the old saying, "All for one and one for all" or simply, AFOOFA!
